Resort 2018 Runway Recap

Now that the Resort Runway Shows have concluded, our favorite trends from the shows are clear. With the delivery of Resort lines falling right before the holidays, there was a nice balance of light and dark ground florals.  Rich, jewel tone prints foretell the beginning of a rococo trend that will come into full bloom for fall and holiday. Bold placement prints popped up in a few places which make the Boho trend look fresh.  They are perfect with spring-time travel on the mind. Other favorite trends include graphic florals in two-tone and monochromatic color schemes as well as bird motifs. The birds were prevalent across brands and many had an Asian flair. We look forward to seeing these trends on the streets!
